I meet kids where they are and help them feel capable, not overwhelmed.

I hold a Master's of Teaching and a multiple-subjects teaching credential from the Bay Area Teacher Training Institute. I've spent 5 years in the classroom working with students with a wide range of neuro-profiles, including ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and dysgraphia. I currently teach 4th grade at Havens Elementary in Piedmont, and I've taught students ages 5–14, with most of my experience in 5th and 6th grade.

I offer reading and writing support for students in grades 4–8, with a focus on the skills that make writing assignments feel manageable: breaking tasks into steps, organizing ideas before drafting, and staying focused through to the end. Because executive functioning and academic skills are so connected, I also work on things like time and materials organization and self-regulation.

I've partnered with learning specialists, educational therapists, and neuropsychologists throughout my classroom years, which has shaped how I approach neurodivergent students. I teach with patience, creativity, and a genuine belief in what they're capable of.
